Return/Refund and Exchange Policy for Defective Items:
We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason a defect is not caught in our quality assurance checks, please contact the store immediately within 7 days at email@example.com for a replacement product. Upon verification of the defect, the store will offer the customer a replacement.
Return/Refund and Exchange Policy for Personalized Items:
As many of our products are personalized for a specific customer or recipient, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any personalized products that are not defective. These include any product with a custom name, saying, design or colors.
Return/Refund and Exchange Policy for Standard Items:
In the event you are not satisfied with one of our non-personalized items, you may request a refund by contacting the store at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the form below. Enter your order number, item description, and your requested exchange details, as well as your contact information so we can process your request.
The customer would be responsible for returning the original item within 2 weeks from date received. Once we receive the item back and verify it is in like new condition with the tags in place, we will refund you the cost of the item to you within 7 business days!
We are not able to offer product exchanges, however customers can purchase the desired product and process a return for the purchased product separately, per the above process.
